Sara Triana Mitchell Author, Poet, Editor in The Woodlands, Texas
ABOUT ME
I write in the margins of my life.
Between brewing morning coffee and steeping sleepy tea, I write poetry, stories, and essays. I am the mother of two girls and the wife of Mitch. We live a simple, creative life under the pine trees.
I am a picture book enthusiast and I see it as my responsibility to amplify diverse voices. I want to write a mountain of books that children remember forever.

While earning my graduate degree, I began writing a YA novel and got hooked on writing for children and teenagers.
